TINY HOME IN UVALDE

This is our beloved Vintage Retreat tiny home, new and improved. The copper doors were painted black and the tiny home was transformed with a beautiful deck and canvas awning. The porch they’ve added is also portable (just like the tiny home itself) and breaks down into 4×4 pieces. The new owners have created more than a place to live, they’ve created an oasis. It is currently parked in Maryland where the family spent their quarantine – in a tiny house. It’s been amazing to see the changes this home has gone through to suit the needs of the family living there. As with any home, a tiny house is customizable and can grow and change as your needs do – it’s not a ‘one size fits all’ dwelling.

We are working on a beautiful 640 sq ft tiny home that the owner will outfit with all vintage Smeg appliances. This is going to be such a unique home and we are so excited to be a part of this project and bring another client’s dream to life. SHIPPING CONTAINER HOME

Who wants to hire us to build our first shipping container home? We have this shipping container sitting on our build site and would love to see it transformed into a beautiful home for someone to create new memories in. We can build it on a trailer or deliver it to your land. The containers we use are 9.6? (higher than the standard 8? which gives you a higher ceiling). We can build one up to 40? long (the dimensions of the blue container pictured above).

The Vintage Retreat Park Model

With an interior square footage of 399 sq ft, and price starting at $79,800 this tiny house is the perfect home for anyone looking to embrace the simplicity and adventure of tiny living.

The family this home was built for was absolutely ecstatic when we set it up for them. This home is an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) to be used in the backyard of a family in Austin so their grandmother can be close to her grand kids while having her own space.
