Amenities include fast internet service, our 2 acre pond, many hiking trails throughout the surrounding forest, and of course the golf course next door.  

This community is developed specifically for park model (tiny) homeowners.

Homesites are $400 per month.  This includes your water, garbage, and lawn maintenance.  Because there are generally no property taxes on 399 sq ft (or less) tiny home park models, your tax savings could help to cover the cost of the site!   Also, many of our sites have large shade trees and most have golf course frontage.  There are also private sites located along the edge of the forest overlooking the lake.

There happens to be one 2021 Platinum Premier with a loft that is setup and move-in ready.  We can recommend a variety of tiny home options.  Some vendors have park models ready for immediate delivery and others give you the freedom to design your own floor plan.  

They vary quite a bit but an average homesite is 50×80 or 10x the size of the house.  Most of the homesites border a wooded area or the golf course so there is additional room around the homesite in addition to the actual homesite dimensions. Homes should be 399 sq ft or less (not including porches, lofts).  They should also have a VIN # and title, like a car. 

At this time, we do not.  We do background checks on all our residents and prefer to know who is staying at the tiny home community for the safety of all our residents.

Yes, our community is primarily for ages 55+ with some exceptions.  Kids and grandkids are welcome to visit but the lease is limited to 1-2 adults per site, generally speaking ages 55+.
